As an Automation Engineer, you will:
• Drive automated solutions in accordance with the state-of-the-art of automation equipment, process and technology
• Gather and write requirements for the development of automation equipment (product handling and / or assembly)
• Lead through the development, verification and implementation of automation equipment
• Take leadership in the technical questions of a multidisciplinary team in the given segment
• Write technical documentation and collaborate with suppliers
• Cooperate with product design teams to make future products more automation-friendly

To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Master's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechatronics, robotics or other relevant competencies within the mechanical and automation industries
• Work experience in a related position
• Advanced level understanding of machine building, machine safety and control systems; and their integration
• Familiarity with various... networking protocols and their hardware such as OPC-UA, ModBus, Ethernet, ProfiNet, ProfiBus, etc.
• Strong attention to detail, desire to solve complex issues
• Natural ability to lead by example
• Good communication & social skills, team-player attitude
• Strong ability of compromise in highly challenging situations
• Very good spoken and written English

In addition, it's good to have:
• Programming experience
• Estonian and Russian language skills
• Experience working with directives and standards for CE marking
