THE ROLE: Our client is seeking to recruit a 3+year PQE Solicitor to join their established legal team as Legal Counsel. Reporting into the Head of Legal you will negotiate, draft and review a range of commercial agreements including license agreements on behalf of the business.

THE CANDIDATE: Qualified as a solicitor in the UK
Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
Strong communicator with effective project management and/or time management skills.
Possess a ‘can do’ attitude with a willingness to adopt a flexible, constructive and timely approach to completing the various commercial tasks assigned to you

Our client works a hybrid model, balancing remote working with time spent working on site
