A fantastic firm situated in a beautiful Birmingham are looking for an additional Residential Conveyancer to join their busy residential property department. Successful candidates will have solid Residential Property experience and be able to hit the ground running.

This is a great firm with an excellent reputation and strong residential department and they are looking for candidates with a good level of experience in general residential property matters from two years up to a senior level. The successful candidate could be a solicitor, legal executive for licensed conveyancer.

You will be expected to handle a wide and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, remortgages, dealing with both freehold and leasehold (including shared ownership properties), new builds, repossessions, deeds of gifts, assents, equity releases, drafting declaration... of trusts and other general property related matters.

Salary: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
