Our client is a highly prestigious property organisation with a huge market presence in Manchester. Working alongside some of the city’s most successful developers, they have an impressive portfolio of properties for sale in Manchester.

They now have an opportunity for property sales administrator, to assist the sales team with the processing of sales documentation to ensure a smooth transaction for their clients together with an exceptional level of customer service.

The role will involve taking responsibility for a range of administrative duties, including processing sales documents, completing ‘help to buy’ paperwork, managing the internal database and ensuring that all client information is 100 percent accurate and up to date.

You will complete sales reports, deal with client telephone calls and assist the sales progression function with the completion of property sales.

The role will be based in central Manchester (with some site visits to Salford Quays), the role will also... be client facing so we are looking for an extremely well-presented candidate who has the ability to produce a high quality of work within a fast-paced sales environment.

Salary £22k basic plus OTE £25k. Working hours are Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm.
