JOB DESCRIPTION The main purpose of this role is to provide Consumer Lines insurance products (Accident, Health, Travel, Electronic Devices, Glasses, Cyber,... insurances) sales penetration and generating profitable premium income through the effective management and development of the existing accounts. The role will interact with Brokers and Big Accounts and requires an ability to engage, influence and manage various priorities within the existing accounts. Main responsibilities:Be the primary individual in the Broker or Sponsor relationshipReports and meetings with sponsors.Negotiation, review and closure of the commercial conditions of existing alliances with sponsors. Negotiation and closing of agreements with new sponsors.Design and negotiation of contracts with new sponsors with the support of L&C.Translation of quotations, clauses and/or flyers. Sending receipts and supplements to brokers.Request for corrections of receipts or supplements.Follow-up of results and deviations of... the campaigns vs. what was agreed with the sponsors.Recording, launching and tracking of LJA's approvalsRecording and tracking of campaigns in S6Market analysis and business prospecting: search, identification, contact and meetings with potential new sponsors directly or through brokers.Solicitation/agreement of new products and/or already created products to be quoted to/with Subscription. Requests for clarifications or reports specific to Claims or Operations.QualificationsQualifications:Native in Portuguese.Proficient English level.Spanish would be desirable as the Iberia headquarters is located in Madrid.University degree would be consider.Experience in Account Management as a farmer.Insurance knowledge, particularly on Personal Lines, Direct Marketing, Affinity programmes, and Travel insurance (Business and Leisure).Specific similar experience from an insurance company, broker or insurance department in a Large Company.Knowledge and relationship among local brokers & sponsors in the Portuguese market.Excellent communication & Presentation skills.Goals orientatedStrong influence on others and negotiation skills.Excellent Interpersonal skills, high energy and driving results.Flexible WorkingWe are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
