Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP FICO Consultant. As a Lead SAP FICO Consultant, you will contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will lead... on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
• The role may require travel and or relocation to project/ client location/s.

Preferred Qualifications
• At least 7 years of experience working with R2R as functional consultant in all sub modules: AP, AR, Asset Management, Controlling, Product costing, FSCM, Integration with Bank, Tax, Intercompany
• Expert in SAP Controlling - Cost Element Accounting. Cost Center Accounting. Internal Order. Cost Object Controlling. Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Profit Center Accounting
• Product costing, Profit center mapping, Costing run error and Cost estimate.
• Costing experience in Product and Process costing, Material Ledger with Actual Costing, COPA, CCA and PCA
• Hands on experience in - FSCM credit management, collection management and dispute management
• FI SD, FIMM, CO customer Service, MRO and CO related process, Settlements of all types both Project and Orders
• Experience with designing and implementing full life-cycle SAP FICO Finance solutions in S4 HANA
• Prior experience in a finance-related role in a retail environment or healthcare industry is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• Should have a good hands-on experience working on R2R along with integration with other third party systems like concur, dell boomi, counsel ink etc.
• Identify all Finance related touch points and implications across all core modules of SAP.
• Should be able to work with Business SMEs and proactivity communicate with customer.
• Lead the team at onsite and offshore.
• R2R AMS experience and handling the team with INC management as per the skill set Proposing solutions for critical INCs.
• Experience in handling Interfaces with 3rd party system IDOC/ ALE/ Flat File
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance 1909 or higher preferred

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
