Your Impact

• Work will primarily include building enclosure consulting for a wide range of high-end and challenging projects across New England, including design and design review, specifications, design detailing, and construction administration.

• Candidate will be expected to work with teams on multiple projects at the same time, to support the growth and development of WSP’s national building enclosure commissioning/consulting practice.

• Candidate will work collaboratively and coordinate with appropriate technical leads to deliver high-quality review and responses on projects and to advance internal knowledge and processes.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience in Building Enclosures / Construction /Architecture or related field, minimum.

• Experience in quality control and management is required.

• Growing knowledge in all manners of building construction.

• Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external professional and industry groups.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree is preferred in one of the above-listed disciplines.

• Fundamentals of Engineering or otherwise working towards Professional Licensure/Certification.

• Familiarity/proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other technical drafting software.
