As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a brand new team in Dubai.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the first team in our new Dubai office.
As a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients in the Renewable Energy, Legal, and IT sectors.
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who can demonstrate a proven track record of winning and servicing clients in these sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Renewable Energy, Legal, and IT sectors - Utilize various channels and techniques to identify and attract top talent - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit ... Provide guidance and coaching to candidates throughout the interview and hiring process - Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and closing placements - Meet revenue targets and performance metrics set by the executive search firm - Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and candidates Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, with a track record of winning and servicing clients in the Renewable Energy, Legal, or IT sectors - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic - Must have experience with a Recruitment Agency What We Offer:
