We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations & Marketing Manager to oversee general business processes as well as champion sales and marketing objectives for business growth. As the Operations and Marketing Manager, you will ensure the business runs efficiently and effectively, while also driving revenue growth through targeted marketing and sales.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans and strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience (5 - 7 years) in marketing, sales, and operations... management
• Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Experience managing budgets and financial plans to support business objectives
• Master’s degree and knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and marketing automation are an added advantage
