Duties
• Recruit, train, retain, and manage the sales team.
• Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility to ensure the Agency achieves its set target.
• Supervise the activities of the sales team in your agency, including marketing activities like product activation.
• Possess deep knowledge of product offering and value proposition.
• Ensure the monthly target for the team is met and exceeded.
• Make sales.

Job Requirements
• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience in sales, preferably in a real estate firm
