Job duties:
• Assist Project Manager to control and supervise overall site activities and prepare method statement or progress report
• Coordinate, identify, verify, and resolve potential architectural design detail problems
• Coordinate requirements for local regulation permits and licenses
• Communicate with client, architect, consultant from start to end
Requirements
• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Civil Engineering, Construction management
• Preferably 3 years relevant experience or above in Building projects from contractor side, more experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Building Engineer
