The Group/Venue

We are seeking a capable and experienced GM for an Iconic location in Sydney's South West. As part of a flagship venue that is focused of food and beverage, you will come with experience in high volume and be a strong leader.

The Role
Managing the venue and operations on a day to day basis, You will be responsible for continuing this great culture and set the tone.

You
To be successful in your application, you will have:
• A minimum of 4 years experience as a Licensee or General Manager Level within a busy venue.
• Strong abilities in training, mentoring and developing a large team
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of KPI's, working to budgets
• Overall knowledge of... operations in a multi-facet environment
