We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at a renovated pub in Sydney's North Shore. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proven track record in bar management.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the bar staff, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
• Maintain stock levels and control costs to ensure profitability
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies
• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers and staff alike

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments
• Strong understanding of stock management and inventory control
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing costs
• RSA certification is... essential
