This job is all about daily accounting tasks and helping the Senior Administrator with food & beverage finances for multiple internal businesses. What you'll do
We need a financial whiz to help us reach our goals and manage budgets, inventory, purchasing, and payroll while following our company policies. You'll keep an eye on our daily cash flow, review purchases, and help with event settlements. Don't worry, you'll have Quickbooks to keep everything organized! You'll also help with new... procedures and controls and prepare financial reports. Plus, you'll help with F&B payroll and review financial statements with management. What to bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Food & Beverage General Accountant, Public Accounting, or Financial Management
• Quickbooks experience required
• Background in F&B and catering event settlements required
• Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage unique and complex accounting situations
• Extensive knowledge of general and cost accounting, experience in budget preparation
• Ability to work with limited supervision and interact with all levels of staff
• Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
