Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer for UAE & Oman with excellent communication and reporting skills, identifying and targeting new clients, min. 5 years experience in Sales and Service, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving KPIs.
Responsibilities
. Attend emergency call and PPM as specified in Sub Contract Agreement and able to provide written report to be signed by the client.
. Trouble shoot, repair and assist with client with Service issues.
. Diagnose problems, repairs and replace parts, test and make adjustment.
. Provides product services or equipment technical and engineering information.
. Prepare Cost Analysis as per client project, report, activities and other documentation.
. Responsible for Project Implementation, execution and coordination in accordance with specification and shop drawings.
. Conduct market intelligence, existing potential clients surveys, new upcoming project... information, creating a CRM for Sales and Service and follow up on the program.
. Present products or services to demonstrate to clients product information and benefits.
. Establish new clientele accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedules.
. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all customers with a focus on customer journey and exceptional customer experience.
. Support execution and achievements of department objectives and action plans.
. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
. Develop products or program suggestions for clients and successfully sell them.
. Meeting with clients at appointments for product/sales presentations.

Qualifications

. Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical / Electrical Engineering.
. Min 5 years of experience in related field, Hospital Pneumatic Tube Systems, Hospital Pneumatic Waste Management Systems, Nurse call Systems, etc.
. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
. Presentable and customer service oriented.
. UAE driving license.
. Based in UAE
