• Japan. NMO was incorporated in 2003 and was amended in 2009 under GFP in accordance with the Corporation Code of the Philippines. We are currently looking for fresh graduates Industrial Engineers to be deployed to our Industrial Engineering Department or Supply Chain Management Department. Minimum Qualifications
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
• Must have strong leadership and analytical skills
• Must be willing to work long hours & during weekends
• Must be knowledgeable in windows-based software such as MS Office

• Focuses on all aspects of interaction that the company has, with an existing and/or prospective local customer, whether it is service or sales-related matter.
• Coordinates with internal people specifically for planning, inventory and logistics matters.
• Coordinates with the internal customers, suppliers, service contractors and affiliates pertaining to all local and imported purchases of materials, parts or other requirements of the company.

• Standard Time (Cycle Time) Release. Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production
• Standard Operation Sheet. Study motion, methods, and speed involved in maintenance, production, and other operations to establish standard production rate and improve efficiency
