Job Summary:

The photographer/videographer is a key part of our creative studio team. By creating imagery and stories that connect the Virtua brand to key audiences, the photographer/videographer is an expert in live field and studio work as well as post-production technical capabilities. This position will be responsible for the majority of the technical tasks related to production and post-production.

Position Responsibilities

Capture Virtua brand in live events, testimonials, profiles, and storytelling through video and photography. Transport set up, and operate equipment, including staging and post-production.

Manage and maintain all equipment of Virtua studio and marketing content developed through video and photography. Provide a welcoming atmosphere to physicians, leaders, and colleagues to create an engaging studio experience.

Position Qualifications Required

Required Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years in photography, video production, and editing
• High degree of technical knowledge in video, lighting, and audio equipment
• Video and photo editing software experience
• Efficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with photography in studio and field settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain composure and work well under pressure
• Creative mindset with clear eye for detail
• Team player and ability to contribute to a positive work environment
• NewTek-Tricaster & broadcast studio experience a plus
• Comfortable using both Mac and PC

Required Education

BA/BS degree in digital media, film/video or related area
New Jersey USA
