Systems AnalystUnited StatesNewHealthcare ITApr 18, 2023Post Date23200636Requisition #Apply for JobShare this JobSign Up for Job AlertsCTG is assisting a client for a Application Security Systems AnalystDuration: 3+monthsJob Overview:The Application Security Systems Analyst provides application support of the Scheduling and Financial, Athena IDX and EcareNEXT systems for the Physician Practices as well as Hospitals as they are being implemented. Perform functions of analysis of tickets, provisioning of users access across the practices and hospitals in multiple applications. Maintaining audit files for all our applications, maintenance of Active Directory users and groups and assist in implementation of Physician Partner Projects and Hospital. The systems analyst will coordinate with project managers and business owners to implement projects and change orders successfully. Will monitor and document performance of the software, make recommendations on solutions to maintain acceptable... levels of system performance to the end user community.Responsibilities:• Work under the direction of the Manager to provide technical application solutions for assigned business areas.• Possess technical knowledge of assigned application technology.• Creating groups, adding, and removing groups from users in Active Directory.• Work in ticketing system to update, review, and work on access requests, change controls for users' access.• Interact with clients while provisioning access to ensure access is working correctly.• Troubleshoot access issues, application issues and assist in auditing reviews.• Systematically review and audit applications and users assigned to the access.• Design and execute unit, system and integration test plans for new developments/releases/reports.• Maintain technical documentation based on standard operating procedures in support of the assigned application.• Assist in training and educating new team members• Perform application maintenance activities• Provide production support.• Run projects independently working with PMs to successfully assist in user go lives and system activations.• Interface with Business Analyst to assist in resolving support calls escalated by the Service Desk.• Identify the common causes of the defects, prioritize them and systematically remove them so that they do not reoccur in further development work.• Participate in focus groups and workshops, attend vendor training and demonstrations.• Experience with Cerner Soarian application is preferred.• Experience with Active Directory is preferred• Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.• Work closely with business analysts on the implementation of newly acquired practices.• Analyze and solution incident and change order tickets within the required SLA's (Service Level Agreement).• Participate in focus groups and workshops, attend vendor training and demonstrations.• Strong focus on customer service• Other responsibilities as needed.• Assist in supporting activations and rollouts.• Consistent efforts to deliver quality solutions as per agreed scope.• Customer focus and close alignment with the customers' business objectives.• Ensure efforts to continually improve domain knowledge.• Ensure the quality of the deliverables as per the defined defects standards• Document issues with resolutions and share with team members to improve team productivity.• Provide data to generate team performance metrics.• Knowledge transfer with other team members to improve overall team education level• Take complete ownership for the assigned task and timely inform the progress of the project / task to all stakeholders.• Adherence to the defined standards.• Take initiative and drives to bring to logical conclusion; proactive approach.• Provide accurate and timely information and escalates when there are issues.• Actively participate in meetings and make valuable contribution.Working arrangements -• May be required to work off hour shifts.• 24/7 Support when assigned to an on-call rotation.Education and Experience:• Academic and professional qualifications• BA or BS degree preferred or other relevant combination of training and experience.Experience• 1-3 years practical experience in providing technical support and maintenance in assigned product or equivalent.• Strong Microsoft suite knowledge ( Word, Excel, Project and Power Point)For immediate consideration please email [email protected] is a leading provider of digital transformation solutions and services that accelerate clients' project momentum and achievement of their desired IT and business outcomes.
