The opportunity:

This role will suit a switched-on quantitative researcher and analyst with a passion for making numbers sing. As a CX Data Strategist, you will drive the analysis, reporting and insight generation for your clients. A stickler for accuracy you ensure that the projects you manage... deliver a depth of insight and understanding. You’ll know what tools to use, expertly developing reporting dashboards that lean into the latest technologies.

What’s needed:
• 4+ years in Quantitative Market Research
• Advanced skills in Q or SPSS, ideally including experience with choice modelling or regression or max diff
• Experience analysing survey data
• Quality-focused and passionate about the accuracy of analysis and reporting
• Able to write insightful and succinct reports
• Experience in problem-solving and decision-making for complex projects and technical issues.
• Experience working with customer satisfaction/NPD is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
