Role: Project Manager

We are looking for a talented Project Manager to project manage campaigns for all of SevenC3s clients. You will receive and interpret briefs, scope out projects across all mediums, create detailed timing plans and lead the delivery of all projects you are managing. Projects... will range from editorial campaigns, video & social shoots, emails and podcasts. You will use your project management expertise to find better ways to do things, ensure projects are delivered on time and in budget and help to make Seven a great place to be.

You must be a team player, self-starter, full of ideas and motivated to seek out opportunities for yourself, the agency and your clients. You must be passionate about creating content that truly makes a difference for brands and know what it takes to deliver projects successfully – being organised and always one step-ahead.

This role sits within our Client Services team and reports into our Business Director.

What you will be doing:

· Plan, estimate, organise and deliver projects on time and within budget across all Seven business units.

· Be the figurehead for all projects, maintaining complete control, composure and ownership, taking on the role of project lead.

· Ensure resource is booked accurately, briefs are provided on time and blockers removed in advance of work start times.

· Create detailed SOWs containing timing plans, project specific workflows, roles and responsibilities and escalation procedures for all clients.

· Ensure all work is QC’d to the level expected and that client expectations are always met.

· Work closely with the client service team to assist, guide and lead on project management techniques and frameworks.

· Keep teams and senior management regularly updated on status of projects.

· Be the pioneer for continual process improvements and lead others to follow suit.

· Enforce, lead and maintain SevenC3s new ways of working.

You will know you’re doing a good job when:

· Projects are delivered within budget and on time, always.

· Production teams time utilisation stands at 90%.

· All new processes and documentation are adhered to.

· You are impacting on ongoing workflows.

· Project profitability shows continual improvement ongoing.

· Teams are happy working with you and see you as a specialist in your role.

· You have a project shortlisted for a CMA award in 2023/34.

Salary:

· Up to £45-50k

Hours and Location:

· Our core hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday-Friday

· Client Services work together in our Old Street office at least every Wednesday

· Ability to work from home up to 3 days per week
