The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the of the project working on existing projects that are being refurbished or upgraded. They have an extremely strong pipeline of works with the position coming through growth. Key Responsibilities: Taking overall responsibility of the planning and delivery of the project. Having a detailed understanding of the design, commercial and technical requirements of the project. Organising and overseeing the sub contractors. Managing the health and safety and compliance on site. Having clear liaison between a range of stakeholders and... the client.Requirements: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a specialist.
