Role encompasses defining the brief, project planning and programming, risk management, resource management, financial management, directing design teams, chairing design and site meetings, procurement, contract administration, project reporting and managing contractual disputes. Supported by appropriate lead officers, providing clear direction to the Project Team on key aspects of implementation including Financial, Legal, Planning, timescales, and contract management and recommend effective proposals Essential Criteria-Relevant Level 4, 5 or 6 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales. For example Regeneration, Project Management or Engineering.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management Practitioner.

• Experience as a project manager.
• Experience of using Prince 2 or equivalent to project manage.
