We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS. You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients and staff receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards “great people, great place”.
IOW NHS Trust is working collaboratively with East Cowes Medical Centre to develop and implement an integrated Primary and Community Nursing team, as part of a 1-year pilot. As part of the development of this new integrated service, the post holder will provide a professional project implementation management service to support the implementation of the programme working collaboratively for Primary Care and the IOW NHS Trust.
The post holder will work across the ICB, Trust, Local Authority, Primary Care and with local communities and will analyse requirements, support the creation of proposals and pathways, develop any associated governance structures and business cases for this change to deliver... significant and sustainable benefits for the programme across Primary and Community Care programme.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall implementation management and successful delivery of multiple projects, within the programme, to the required quality and standard.
The successful candidate will work with the programme Work Stream Leads, taking a lead role on projects and to support project delivery across the whole portfolio. In additional, you will Liaise with Primary Care and Community Division leadership teams to produce project documentation, including the Project Outline Document(s) (POD), Business Case and project control documents (Delivery plan, Risk and Issue Log etc.)
