Top Team Personnel are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work for our client in Southampton.
What is required from customer service advisors?
We are looking for highly motivated and experienced customer service advisors who has proficient customer support skills via online messaging platforms and verbally via headset. The chosen candidates will demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction which our client values as one of their core attributes.
Our ideal candidate would be problem-solving and have the ability to diagnose various scenarios to customers by following our troubleshooting guide. You will be able to take the initiative when dealing with customers and ensure you leave them satisfied.
Duties Of a Customer Service Advisor
Messaging customers through online portals
Providing customers with a telephone service
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Liaising with couriers on the behalf of customers
Troubleshooting our products, guiding our... customers
Internal communications with various departments
2+ years experience working within a similar role
Computer literate with typing skills and telephone manner
Team player with organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment
Strong personality and communicator
Hours Of a Customer Service Advisor
You will be contracted to 39.5 hours Monday to Friday per week with occasional Saturdays
Saturday - 9:00am-12:00pm Bi-weekly/Alternative
Salary On Offer For Customer Service Advisors
£21,500.00 to £23.000 per year
