An international machinery manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager. The selected individual will be creating and maintaining business strategies and plans to fulfill annual sales goals. This role is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:
• Guide and supervise a key sales team
• Participate in various sales initiatives
• Develop efficient communication platforms
• Supervise key local operations
• Create and oversee sales and operations budgets
• Oversee the effective procedure flow

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering and business administration
• More than 10 years of experience in sales in general manufacturing businesses and team management
• Understanding of CRM system (Salesforce)
• Familiarity with air-moving technology is advantageous
• Business level English (TOEIC 800+)
