Our client is a full licensed sizeable bank with western culture.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for the firm's entities' financial and regulatory reporting process.
• Act as team lead to ensure that reporting and regulatory returns are submitted in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure that all financial disclose and regulatory reporting complies with the latest requirements.
• Conduct impact assessment and assist in implementing new accounting standards.
• Advise business units on HKAB's new accounting practices.
• Act as spokesperson for the team in cross bank system implementation and process change.
• Monitor and manage the firm's financial disclosures review, internal, and external audit.

Requirements
• Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines, CPA qualification required.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in financial institutions and accounting firms serving financial sector clients.
• Adept knowledge on banking control framework, banking... products, regulations, and regulatory reporting.
• Exposure to Tax (HK/China) is preferred.
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and leadership.
