We are looking for an executive assistant for our branch located in Santiago de Chile. I. Job purpose We need an experienced Executive Assistance who thrives in a fast-growing fintech startup who can focus on bringing in administrative top practices and can execute thoughtful initiatives. A passion for fintech and what we are achieving in that space is critical to success. II. Responsible for: Work independently to provide administrative and office management support to the Regional Director. Coordinate calendar, monitor incoming electronic mail and maintain contact files to support efficiency. Manage the flow of information in a timely and correct manner. Arrange travel and accommodation. Act as office manager keeping up to date the inventory of office supplies. Write minutes during meetings. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence... Organize and maintain office filing systems. Taking video conferences. Interfacing with clients and customers. Scheduling and planning meetings and events. Online research and data collection using spreadsheets. Reporting and analysis. Creative work with writing and media. Other administrative tasks and projects. III. Job profile: Person with exceptional organizational and time management skills, verbal and written communication skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office. IV. Requirements: Have a work experience of at least 5 years. Advanced English. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
