We are looking for a Senior Security Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as Local Security, Health & Safety (SHS) Coordinator and Administrator for Access Control/CCTV Systems in EPAM offices in Armenia.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct safety and security training for staff
• Support the development of Office Emergency Plans (i.e., Fire and Evacuation, Medical Emergency, Security Incident, Disaster Plans)
• Ensure operation of security, fire and life safety equipment
• Inspect offices, equipment, access points and emergency exits, and manage repair issues
• Cooperate with building management / landlord on EPAM office and staff security and safety issues
• Interact with government security and safety agencies

What You Have
• Experience in corporate or private security field
• Background in police, fire safety or military
• Familiarity with Electronic Access Control Systems, Fire Safety Systems and CCTV
• Knowledge of Armenian, Russian... and English languages

Nice to have
• Computer skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Experience in writing emergency plans
• University education
