Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create... better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

1. Provide Gaas solutions from both creative/product design and production pipeline perspective.

2. Work closely with the GAAS initiative team members to align on creative vision, core game design, systematic design, and business related design.

3. Work closely with the dev teams to provide evaluation, suggestions and when implementable materials.

4. Iterate and improve the process and toolsets GAAS initiative team applies to its workflow in collaborating with various internal and external parties.

Requirements:

1. Played a key role in designing and implementing GAAS for at least 2 globally published games
2. 5 years + overall gaming industry experience
3. General knowledge of game design

4. Fluent business English
5. Academic approach and rational methodology highly preferred
6. Experience with both pc/console and mobile games are highly preferred
