The Company

One of NZ's largest manufacturers is looking for a Technical Business Analysts for a 6 month+ contract (with high likelihood of extension). You will be joining a high priority, CFO and CEO backed project to move from 12 legacy systems onto SharePoint.

The Roles

The Technical BA is specifically required to successfully move from legacy systems onto a fit for purpose SharePoint solutions. Reporting to the Solutions Manager, IT Manager, and enterprise architect you will need to be comfortable working independently, be willing to learn, and come with solid SharePoint experience.

You will be tasked with unpicking 12 legacy systems to help with the move to the new SharePoint solution.

Duties
• Complete interface analysis, integration specifications, data translations, and data mapping necessitated by the planned changes to systems.
• Analyse and document technical... specifications.
• Gather requirements and produce documentation i.e., epics, features, stories, prototypes, specifications, wireframes, proposals.
• Perform system and database analysis, gather requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Solve complex integration problems and develop this into usable solutions for the business and developers.
• Translate information and data into usable detail for developers.

Skills & Experience
• Strong experience as Technical Business Analyst
• Solid skills in data mapping, data translation, impact identification, process design, and documentation.
• Experience with SharePoint and Legacy systems.
• Understanding of integrations
• Able to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a complex manufacturing environment.
