Boutique Corporate/Commercial Firm seeks further corporate/commercial consultants to join their every growing group of consultant fee earners. We are London based but you can be based anywhere in the country and work at any time to suit you.

The successful candidate(s) will be experienced corporate commercial solicitors or legal executives. We have more work than we can cope with so there is no shortage. We are looking for people who can review commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements, draft articles and prepare the filings for Companies House. The clients are mainly SMEs looking for help within tight budgets/timescales – all doable if you have a practical commercially minded approach. The role would suit individuals who can devote at least 2-3 hours per day (or more if you have the time) and want the freedom to deliver work at hours to suit... them.

Unlike many consultancy based models we do provide work.

· If we introduce the client to you we pay you 50% of the fees received.

· If you provide work to us then you will be paid 80% of fees received.
