· Coordinate with both internal and external parties on production schedule arrangement

· Perform analysis on work flow and production efficiency regularly, collect and maintain accurate records and support month-end reports;
• Responsibilities

Responsible for driving and implementing sales strategy for pharmaceuticals products, penetrating both public and private medical channels
• Develop business plans and implement related activities like sales & marketing campaigns, sales presentations to achieve agreed target.
• Work closely with marketing team in organizing and implementing promotion activities and marketing tactical support programs to maximize brand awareness
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers and potential new accounts
• Establish deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition and key market trends; Conduct regular market analysis on market trends and competitor's business strategies
• Provide key account/hospital network support... market access support including referral networks
• Handle enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally and in accordance with company procedures
• Requirements

University graduate in Science or related disciplines is a MUST
• With minimum 2 years sales experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Previous experience in promoting CNS /Diabetic products is preferred
• Effective selling, negotiation and inter-personal skills
• Good interpersonal skill and Coordination on work
• Able to work under pressure
• Highly proficient in MS Office including Excel & Word
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Cantonese
