Your New Role
Working closely with a Partner who specialises in construction and engineering claims and disputes, this role will see you:
• working on the review, preparation and negotiation of a wide range of construction, engineering, procurement, maintenance, finance and consultancy agreements for commercial and infrastructure projects;
• assisting construction participants and insurers of major construction and development with risk management;
• working for both public and... private companies across mining, engineering and construction industries;

Your Skills Profile
• 3-5 years PQE gained in either a reputable construction or engineering practice within a law firm. More senior practitioners are welcome to apply;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Good commercial nous; and
• Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
