Job description
Responsible for working with the social media team during ideation, execution and production of the ideas, and also someone that understands best practices for different types of social media platforms. A designer with an eye on the current trend, and is able to ride the wave in a swift and succinct way to help deliver our brand presence.
Job Responsibilities
1. Produce fun and engaging social media content that attractive for audience to interact to increase brand awareness
2. Assist on behalf of the social media team during ideation, execution... and also supervising third parties during production.
3. Able to conduct a discussion, and brainstorming sessions either within the team or with stakeholders.
4. Up-to-date with the current social media trends, viral content, memes, and able to move swiftly to ride the wave to help our brand presence.
Requirements (Education Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)
1. Digital-first mindset. Creative and out-of-the-box thinking
2. No experience welcome
3. Ability to create content in a timely manner
4. Able to think critically to solve problems
5. Ability to see the bigger picture while maintaining an attention to detail
6. Have the ability to present the ideas to the stakeholder and also supervise any third parties.
7. Able to offer solutions, through high-levels of empathy and possess a customer-centric point of view in designing.
8. Able to offer or create best practices for different social media platforms. And able to review the output from time to time for future development.
9. A problem-solver which can operate with medium level of supervision, who can collaborate efficiently with peers and stakeholders to deliver the most feasible and objective oriented output based on current trends.
10. Able to follow brand guidelines, understand corporate brand standards and identity.
11. Solid knowledge and experience of using Adobe Creative suite: Photoshop Illustrator
12. A skill in motion/video editing or UI/UX design is a plus.
13. Have a solid experience in delivering social media related output, either for business or personal purposes.
14. Able to contribute as part of a dynamic culture.
