Responsibilities:
• Manage of Warehouse & Logistics to achieve the target of Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Cost.
• Lead a problem-solving team to find out the root causes and corrective/preventive actions caused by logistics failure.
• Contribute to capacity planning to meet current & future demand/volume.
• Contribute to the plant budgeting process for area of responsibility, also for the forecasting cycle.
• Maintain stock accurate and improve space efficiency of all warehouse area.
• Drive and manage projects of logistics systems or related to achieve target.
• Monitoring and maintain about document system of ISO9001 and IATF 16949.
• Develop staff performance to maximize productivity of their roles and responsibilities, i.e., identify training needs, skill matrix, performance reviews, people development.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Engineering, Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related areas.
• At least 5 years of experience in Warehouse and Production / Manufacturing for... Automotive / Electronic Products.
• Strong Warehouse background leading people and technically with WMS and processes.
• Good command in English and computer literacy
