As Training Manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning, design, delivery, management and continuous improvement of operations training and development for Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC) - Subsidiary of the Qatar Airways Group. Responsible for implementing initiatives to ensure that QACC is complaint with the relevant international and national standards set for maintaining an operationally effective flight-catering unit.

Additional Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the training strategy for QACC, in consultation with the QACC/QR senior management team and align it with stakeholders' requirements as well as QACC aims.

Research external programs and new technology that will improve the effectiveness of training.

Evaluate the training needs for individuals and QACC in consultation with the Line Managers and Senior Management team.

Ensure this training is aligned to QACC standard operating procedures and meets... legislative and other international regulations requirements.

Develop and manage a training roster based on business needs and design trainings ciriculams to meet specialized business requirements.

Manage the design and development of training programs that are based on best practice learning and development methodology. Design and implement training curriculums to meet specialized business requirements.

Facilitate training programs to a high standard, using adult-learning and learner focused techniques.

Together, everything is possibleQualificationsTo be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who :

Have completed a minimum of Bachelor's Degree and should hold a minimum of 6 years of job-related experience.

Should have experience creating curriculums

Have strong spoken and written English

Should have strong strategic planning skills and anExcellent training design and delivery skills.

Ability to liaise and coordinate effectively with other stakeholders.

Airline Catering experience

Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
