Senior UX Designer Up to £70K Hybrid (Exeter/Reading)

I have an exciting opportunity, working for my client, who are looking to bring add a Senior UX Designer on a permanent basis.

You will be a key member of the UX/Product design team, creating exceptional and consistent user experiences across the product portfolio.

Alongside other UX designers, engineers ,you will be helping to build the market leading CX and UX for multiple businesses and brands.

The Role And Responsibilities

Taking the design lead on key projects in one of our development tribes, from research toprototyping to testing and delivery

Collaborating with product managers, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals

Creating user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and UI specifications

Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions

Applying best practices and standards for accessibility, usability, responsiveness... performance

Communicating design rationale and presenting design solutions to internal teams and clients

Key Skills And Experience Required

5+ years of experience as a UX designer, Product designer or similar role

A passion and drive for solving complex problems

Experience conducting design research, from creating research plans to running moderated interviews, analysis and synthesis.

A strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate your skills and process

Excellent visual andinteractivedesign skills, youre a natural inprototyping tools such as Figma

End-to-end design experience, you are comfortable working across research,ideation, testingand delivery

An understanding of design systems, component design and modern UI workflows

Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and experience working in a collaborative environment
