Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The primary responsibility of this role is to sell our Point of Sale (POS) software to retailers in the Gurugram area and onboard them as clients.

Responsibilities:
• Identify potential retailers in Gurugram who could benefit from our POS software.
• Conduct market research to understand the needs of retailers and tailor our sales pitch accordingly.
• Present our POS software to retailers in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting its benefits and features.
• Close sales deals and onboard new clients onto our POS software.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues they may encounter.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to... develop promotional campaigns and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the software industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals.
• Familiarity with Gurugram's retail market and its key players.
• Good understanding of POS software and its benefits.

Compensation:

Base Pay – Rs. 1000 per month

Daily Allowance – Rs. 100 per day

Incentives –
• Slab 1 (+ Rs. 5000; Net: Rs 9,000) : Convert 10+ stores in a month
• Slab 2 (+ Rs. 10,000; Net: Rs 14,000): Convert 20+ stores in a month
• Slab 3 (+ Rs. 15,000; Net: Rs 19,000): Convert 30+ stores in a month
• Slab 4 (+ Rs. 20,000; Net: Rs 23,000): Convert 40+ stores in a month
• Slab 5 (+ Rs. 25,000; Net: Rs 29,000): Convert 50+ stores in a month
• Slab 6 (+ Rs. 30,000; Net: Rs 34,000): Convert 60+ stores in a month
