Team leader for Accounts payable function responsible for co-ordination with Global Financial Services Team (GFS) based in Philipines, Supply chain team, On field support agencies for Accounts Payable function

Responsible for review of inter-company payables and receivables, co-ordination with global counterparts for settlements.

Responsible for co-ordination with bankers for submissions, periodical discussions related to FEMA and other regulator matters.

Responsible for review of AP ageing reports, supplier advances and follow up to clear the old balances.

Responsible for handling complex inter-company transactions, Center of Excellence recharges by co-ordination with function leaders.

To assist in month end reporting requirements (Variance analysis, submission of the financials etc.) and review general ledgers on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Liasoning with all finance... officers to resolve any issues relating to Emerson reporting. Ensuring timely data & answers to questions from Emerson.

To ensure adequacy of internal controls as per requirements of US GAAP and IGAAP.

To oversee the daily accounting activities for group entities.

To assist in GST related reporting requirerments (Returns, departmental audits, preparation of various audit schedules etc.)

To make and implement recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.

Desired Educational Qualification

Chartered Accountant / MBA with experience of treasury and finance operations.

Technical Skills / Knowledge Required

Detailed knowledge on accounts payable activities and procedural compliances under RBI / FEMA regulations

Working experience in reporting function (MIS, statutory, tax and transfer pricing audits)

Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in reporting function

Proficiency in MS Office
