We are hiring for one of our Manufacturing clients position of Factory Accountant

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements,Cost accounting records,Inventory Management, Finalisation of accounts, Audit report finalisation . Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records of the factory. This includes tracking income and expenses, preparing financial statements, and recording transactions in accounting software.
• Budgeting: Prepare and monitor the factory's budget, including forecasting future revenue and expenses.
• Cost Accounting: Analyze production costs and provide reports to management on variances between actual and budgeted costs.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, reconcile inventory records, and analyze inventory costs.
• Audit and Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal and... external regulations, including tax laws, financial reporting standards, and audit requirements.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Provide recommendations to management on how to improve financial performance.
• Team Management: Manage a team of accounting and finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Communication: Communicate financial information and reports to stakeholders including management, employees, and external parties such as auditors.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CMA, CA, MBA Finance
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
