Our Créteil R&D Center, which is part of our Comfort and Driving Assistance Systems (CDA) Business Group, develops innovative solutions to enhance driving experience worldwide.

In order to address the increasing demand and consolidate our expertise, Créteil's system department is looking for a new system technical project manager to work on our Radar.

Your challenges ?

As a System Technical Project Manager, you will be known as a technical referent. In fact, you will advise the System Project Manager in his/her choices. You will also be accountable for the deliverables (design reviews, milestones...) of system sub-projects, making sure they are matching both time, quality and cost expectations. You will also be empowered by the R&D Manager to manage his/her contributors.

As main technical... referent of the project, your role consists in :
• Proposing to (and aligning with) the Software Technical Project Manager, the Mechatronic Project Manager and the System Test & Validation Technical Project Manager and all associated parties the technical scenario leading to the system deliveries of the project to customers.
• Summarizing the technical scenario in the system project planning and in the system delivery plan.
• Presenting the system Project Manager any technical change needed and getting approval in weekly project meetings.
• Being in charge of the product's robust design, in line with the economic targets, to meet the customer requirements, applicable norms & regulations and lessons learned.
• Leading the R&D-related risk management activities on the project, and reviewing periodically with the Software / Mechatronic / System Test & Validation TPMs the status of their risk management
• Representing the R&D function at the customer, breaking down and cascading internally the customer requests and needs.

Let's talk about you...
• You have a Bachelor's or Higher Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar job (EMC) and/ or a great knowledge of Electronics (HW design).
• You are fluent in English and able to communicate in a courteous and effective manner with internal and external customers.
• You are result oriented, a dynamic team player with a proactive mindset.
