Following the recent integration of new subsidiaries internationally, our group, currently in full expansion, is recruiting a Corporate Distribution Quality System Manager to strengthen the Group Quality System.

Within this creation of a position with a strong international dimension, you will be responsible for the Quality Management System for distribution activities (GDP).

You will have a key role in bringing your expertise in pharmaceutical standards to the Group's distribution affiliates.

The position will report directly to the Corporate Pharmaceutical Quality System Director.

This position will be located within our headquarters based in Saint Cloud (92)

Your missions

Ø Coordinate the... implementation and monitoring of the Harmonized Quality Management System within the Group in compliance with pharmaceutical standards related to the distribution of medicines (GDP).

Ø Ensure compliance with the Group's policies and manage the continuous improvement of the Pharmaceutical Quality Systems of the Group's subsidiaries, for distribution activities in Europe and abroad.

Ø Ensure the compliance of pharmaceutical activities with the Group's external distribution partners.

Ø Maintain the mapping of drug distribution models within the Group, in collaboration with subsidiaries.
• Coordinate the updating of quality contracts describing pharmaceutical responsibilities with the Group's subsidiaries and external distribution partners.
• Define and maintain the qualification criteria for external distribution partners

Ø Evaluate and verify the compliance of the Pharmaceutical Quality System with the Group's distribution subsidiaries and external partners through audits.

Your Professional Profile

➢ Pharmacist or Engineer training

➢ You have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Quality in the field of the pharmaceutical industry

➢ You speak English fluently

➢ You have a solid knowledge of pharmaceutical quality and international regulatory standards

➢ Your audit experience would be a real added value for this position
