Responsibilities:1. Bridging technical questions and information between BSI and external source related to POT, APC, SCM & TL2. Efficient POT, APC, SCM & TL operation (product, safety, & environment)3. Identifies and resolves potential manufacturing problems by working with Production, Technology and Engineering.4. To provide any training to operation function related to manufacturing improvements / new process to optimise manufactuirng processes to achieve higher productivity ( in terms of quality & output) through engineering evaluations, experiments and data analysis5. Ensure the manufacturing processes are designed in accordance with SHE regulations/guidelines that may be required.6. Design evaluations, coordinating data collection and conduct data analysis to reach the root cause or key factors of an issue and propose improvement plans.Qualifications and/or experience required:1. • Engineering Degree2. Minimum 3 years experience in continuous processing / manufacturing... management. 3. Min 3 years experience in factory operations management.4. Understand basic mechanical, electrical, control system, metallurgy.
