• Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems that ensure the smooth running of our organization
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the administrative department, including managing staff, delegating tasks, and providing support as needed
• Develop and manage budgets for the administrative department, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and within budgetary guidelines
• Oversee the maintenance and management of office equipment, supplies, and facilities
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure that all services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Ensure that all administrative staff are trained and equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively
• Develop and maintain a system for tracking and reporting on administrative activities, including budgets, expenses, and staff performance
• Manage and implement HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, hiring, and... performance management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing administrative activities
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare and present reports on administrative activities to senior management
• Organizing events, scheduling meetings and providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
• Provide guidance and direction to administrative staff, ensuring their work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Managing the maintenance of office, CCTV and facility equipment.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in an administrative management role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing administrative activities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
