Job Description

The main missions of the Internal Communications Manager (H/F) are:
• Develop and monitor the annual communication plan and key activities
• Coordinate internal communication activities
• Coordinate the implementation of global activities and ensure follow-up
• Coordinate the employee satisfaction survey process
• Prepare and disseminate press releases and statements
• Create video content and coordinate campaigns and user relations
• Prepare periodic surveys and reports
• Regularly update information on the intranet
• Manage streaming video platforms
• Prepare and publish videos/newsletters from Top management
• Support the region in developing their internal communication.

The Successful Applicant

The profile of the Internal Communication Manager (H/F):
• Degree in Communication, Psychology, Human Resources, Journalism, etc.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an internal... communication department.
• Experience in international and matrix organizations preferred.
• Experience in managing communication agencies preferred.
• Good level of English, French is an advantage.
• Master's degree in Communication is considered an advantage.
