Primary Responsibilities:

Job Description:

Knowledge Skills Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to professionally communicate and coordinate with a wide range of both internal and external associates.

General Knowledge of Clinical Trials, and research grants

Ability to work independently, with sound fiscal and time management skills, attention to detail, and priority management to meet conflicting deadlines.

Ability to be proactive, flexible, and able to switch gears quickly from one project to the next.

Capable of handling confidential information in a discrete manner.

Must be very organized, precise, and accurate in work, with strong attention to details. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties Assist with scheduling and facilitating research related meetings for the Research Operations team meetings and events, both virtual and in-person. May assist with grant preparation, development of research newsletters, or other written material related to the clinical research. Support grant/clinical trial projects financial management reviewing vendor invoices and submitting payment requests with accurate coding and documentation- payment reconciliation and clinical trial agreement uploads into Clinical Trials Management System CTMS . Support grant and contract management by assisting with grant document preparation Biosketches/other support/justification and maintenance of all executed NDA/Clinical trial agreements, ensuring all executed agreements are on file with our team and legal.

Perform other duties as assigned

Experience 2+ years of experience in research administration or operational role Education/Training Minimum of an associate degree in business or related discipline is required.

Bachelor s degree in business or related discipline is highly desired.
