How You Will Make An Impact

The Clinical Research Manager is responsible for implementing strategic plans and objectives for complex Clinical Research initiatives that may cross departmental, divisional, or health plan lines.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to :
• Leads projects.
• Provides technical oversight, problem identification and resolution, and identification of information needs and technologies.
• Ensures regulatory and/or accreditation compliance as applicable, Manages collaborative teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Secures or coordinates the resources (people, material, data and support) for staff to effectively accomplish operational needs and strategic initiatives.
• May represent the department on committees, task forces and work groups.

Minimum Qualifications
• Requires a BA/BS in business, public health, nursing, epidemiology biostatistics, or related field and minimum of 5 years direct health care experience involving analyses of health care data; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, And Experiences
• Master’s prepared in public health, health services administration, nursing, or business administration preferred.
• RN preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint preferred.
• OB experience preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and informatics preferred.
• Program management experience preferred.
• Experience with Policy Writing/Research preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $89,880 to $134,820.

Location: Nevada.
