Who are we looking for?
• Undergraduate degree from a university
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Excellent English and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Demonstrates our Viva Values including act with integrity, idea meritocracy, and problem solving
• Eager to make an impact around our solution (productivity) and social mission (gender equality)
• Able to ask great questions and display high levels of curiosity
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Experience in customer or client service is a plus
• Experience working with North American professionals is a plus

What will you do?
• Support a client as an executive partner in the following critical areas:
• Calendar management - optimize time by prioritizing, scheduling, and streamlining meetings
• Email management - streamline inbox by categorizing and triaging emails, drafting executive emails, and filtering out spam
• Travel & expense management - own logistics by creating itineraries, booking reservations (flights, hotels, restaurants), and preparing expense reports
• Meeting support - drive meeting effectiveness by preparing pre-meeting briefings, designing presentations, managing logistics, taking notes, and tracking action items
• Team engagement - create engaging work environment by planning offsites, organizing events, and coordinating gifts
• Operations - improve workflows by managing projects, documenting processes, conducting research, and managing data
• Receive constant feedback and coaching from a Customer Success Manager who will help you develop your skills and grow into more senior roles
