Responsibilities
• Develop communication plans and proposals as directed by the management
• Support the management with new business development and acquisition plans
• Ensure Clients requests and tasks are delivered on time
• Ensure we meet contractual obligations from our clients
• Ensure projects are billed on time and in full
• Manage and guide a team of 6 to achieve their KPIs
• Track and report performance of the team against their KPIs and daily roles and responsibilities
• Work with the team to brainstorm, strategize and put together proposals for various clients

Requirements Knowledge And Experience
• Must have worked in any of these fields for not less than 4 years (Communications, PR, Marketing, Advertising).
• Having worked in an Advertising or PR Agency for more than 2 years (in any position) will be an added advantage
• Must have led a team of more than 4 people in any of the above capacity
• Must be a holder of Bachelors Degree (any field)
