Responsibilities :
• Coordinate with Thailand Export team (IB) for import shipment Monitor and update import daily
• Manage importation cost and process improvement
• Work closely with customs broker for customs clearance of imports and other concerns.
• Freight forwarder / customs broker sourcing, KPI set up and evaluation.
• Facilitate renewal of import accreditation Manage over all warehouse operation Resource management e.g. labor, operation cost Timely warehouse operation report such as in-outbound, stock report
• Manage customer processing e.g. order management, preparation Damage and lost control and investigation
• Handle transportation & logistics tasks
• Monitor and coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor for deliveries for clients
• Investigate customer claims cause from transportation and coordinate with trucking service provider
• Transportation cost management included cost saving program, sourcing of new trucking
• Provision of local distribution both in land and... inter-island transportation
• Manage Demand Supply Planning Demand plan and consolidate the things Working with HQ S&OP team for demand and supply plan

Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Able to draw insights from complex data
• At least 7 years of experience in Supply Chain functions, preferably a balanced mix of consulting and industry experience
• Experience of import and export process
• Ability to quickly identify business challenges and focus on delivering results and generating business value across different supply chain functions
• Experience team management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
